The player character. On the surface, Anh Hai is a simple pho restaurant owner who inherited his father's shop in Dan Phuong district. In reality, he is an undercover police officer continuing his father's mission to dismantle the criminal organization 'Thiên Đường'.

Backstory

Anh Hai's father was a police officer who died in a mysterious explosion 10 years ago while investigating the Thiên Đường organization. The official story was a gas leak accident, but Anh Hai discovered the truth and joined the police force to complete his father's unfinished mission.

Undercover investigator working with contacts codenamed 'Grab Comrade' and 'Tê Liệt Comrade' to gather evidence against the village's criminal network.

Backstory

The name 'Cậu Vàng' (Mr. Gold) is a direct reference to Vietnamese literature. In the tragic short story 'Lão Hạc', an elderly farmer must sell his beloved dog to survive. This literary connection adds emotional weight to the dog's fate in the game.

About "Thiên Đường" (Paradise)

Thiên Đường is the criminal organization that controls Dan Phuong district through protection rackets, corruption, and violence. Led by Phú Bà with the Village Chief as her lieutenant, they were responsible for the death of Anh Hai's father 10 years ago. The organization's name "Thiên Đường" (Paradise/Heaven) is deeply ironic given their brutal activities.
